Thanks for agreeing to be interviewed, Tom. Can you start off by telling us where you teach?
I teach at the University of South Bohemia in the Czech Republic.
How long have you been teaching?
I’ve been teaching for around five years now.
Can you describe a typical teaching day?
It’s difficult to say because teaching at the university is just one of my jobs; I’m also an editor for a university journal, and I have a number of language school students too. I try to plan all my classes for the week on Mondays (in between classes), which makes the rest of the week pretty straightforward.
